So what's up with our name and how do you pronounce it?
CentriPedal is not a real word. It’s a combination of the words CentripeTal and Pedal.
cen·trip·e·tal [sen-trip-i-tl] is an adjective that means directed toward the center (opposed to centrifugal) as in operating by centripetal force. Simply put, it’s the inward force exerted towards the middle of a rotating object and is part of reason why one can balance while riding a bicycle.
How do you pronounce “centripedal?” Like Centripetal: [sen-TRIP-i-dl]
